Documents & contracts · Legal
Ask about up to five documents at once, or put one question to a folder. Answers quote the passages they rely on and ground every legal point in the official texts.
Three ways to work
Attach up to five documents from your computer or My Vault and ask your question — or send none, for an overview of what they contain.
Pick a folder in My Vault and ask once: one answer per document, each quoting its passage — then a synthesis across them if you want one.
Write one column per line and get a table with one row per document. A long analysis carries on in the background.
Contract review
Attach a contract and choose contract review. Each change it proposes comes with the problem it fixes, the current wording, the new wording and the source it rests on. Apply the ones you accept, then download the contract in Word — or run the same review inside Word with the Amanda add-in.
Checks on a document
Two more skills work on any document: a compliance check gives a verdict for each statement, and the mandatory-wording check finds the wording that is missing or inadequate.
Built in
Answers on your documents quote the passages they rely on.
A folder answer is marked as an extract from your documents, without legal research.
Legal points rest on the official texts of the area of law you chose.
Put a whole set of contracts in front of the same questions, one row per document.
Review tables VerificationTest each statement against the official text of its sources.
Verification Drafting & WordOpen the answer as a draft, revise it with Amanda and export it to Word.
