Drafting & Word · Legal

From the answer to the draft, with the sources kept.

Open any answer as a draft, or import your own document. Revise it passage by passage with Amanda, keep every version, and export to Word with tracked changes — or work inside Word itself with the Amanda add-in.

How a draft comes together

Start from an answer. Finish in Word.

Start from an answer

Open any answer as a draft in one click, or import a Word, PDF or text document.

Revise passage by passage

Select a passage and ask Amanda to rewrite it, or ask a question about it without changing the text.

Keep every version

Save as you go. Compare any version with the current text, or restore it.

Export to Word

Download the draft with tracked changes, and its citations and sources if you want them.

Revise with Amanda

Ask about a passage, or have it rewritten.

Select a passage and ask in the side panel. A rewrite is shown first and goes in only when you apply it. A question gets an answer about the passage and leaves the text as it is.

Rewrite, then applyNothing changes until you apply it.
Ask without changingAn explanation of the passage, the text untouched.
Edit by handDouble-click a paragraph to edit it, or add a new one.
Sources alongsideThe answer’s sources stay with the draft.

Versions & Word

Every version kept. Every change visible in Word.

Save a version whenever you want, compare any version with the current text, or restore it. When the draft is ready, export it to Word — with tracked changes, and with its citations and sources if you want them.

Inside Word

Amanda, right in the document you have open.

With the Word add-in, Amanda works where you write. Ask about the document or the passage you selected, have a passage rewritten as a tracked change, or run a contract review whose proposals land in the text as tracked changes — each with a comment giving the reason.

Ask about the documentOr about the passage you selected — then insert the answer at the cursor.
Rewrite as a tracked changeNew wording, previewed first, then written in with a comment.
Contract review in placeEach proposal found in the text and applied as a tracked change, with your playbook if you use one.
Accept or reject in WordThe changes are ordinary Word revisions — and you can save the document to RegNext as a draft.
