Review tables
Put a set of contracts, policies or filings in front of the same questions. RegNext answers every question for every document in one table — and every answer shows the passage it came from, so your team checks instead of searching.
How it works
Upload them, or bring in a whole folder from your vault. Where the same document exists in several formats, the best version is kept and the others are named.
Write each column as you would ask a colleague, start from a template, or let RegNext suggest columns from the documents themselves.
Every cell fills with its answer and the passage behind it. What needs attention is flagged, so you start where the risk is.
Mark cells reviewed, lock them, discuss them, assign documents — then share the table or export it.
A governing law, a notice period, a fee. A yes or no. The exact clause, checked word for word. Or a verdict against a requirement — pass, fail or review — with how certain it is. Ask a question only where it applies, and check it against the regulations in scope for your client.
Open any cell to see the passage it was read from, with the page for a PDF and a link straight to it in the document. A quotation that cannot be found word for word is marked to verify. A verdict shows the questions put to the document and how certain each answer is.
The table is where your team does the review. Correct an answer and the original stays in its history. Mark cells reviewed, lock what is settled, flag what is not, discuss a cell with colleagues and assign documents to the person who owns them. When a reviewed answer must stand as evidence, keep it as a regulated record.
